Nordic Store ships all orders within 24 hrs of ordering on business days, as long as the product is available in stock. Otherwise we will let you know via email as soon as possible.
Orders are shipped via DHL Express or Icelandic Post.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

Due to shipping restrictions, we cannot ship to all countries, we do however offer shipping options to the majority of countries.
If your country does not appear in our order form, then we can not accept credit card orders from that country. You will need to send us the payment in advance.
